Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Holman is a family‑owned, global automotive services organization. We are seeking a Service Manager to lead our service department at the Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Aberdeen.
Responsibilities- Offer and ensure the shop delivers the highest level of customer service.
- Manage all aspects of service department operations, including staffing, vehicle services, warranty administration, client retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives and maintenance of all service records.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service clients.
- Serve as liaison among the shop foreman, service advisors, parts personnel, technicians and warranty administration.
- Through communication, oversight and direction promote employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and return on investment.
- Promote recruitment and development of team leaders, supervisors, assistant managers and non‑management employees.
- Liaise with the manufacturer and work with factory representatives to achieve factory objectives.
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
- 5+ years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of dealership service experience in various aspects of the service department.
- Experience as a technician, service advisor, team lead, foreman, assistant manager or similar roles.
- Knowledge of car repair and customer engagement.
- Experience in service principles, concepts and service department operations.
