Join an organization that ensures a more secure world through connecting and protecting our customers with inventive electrical solutions. This is a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer role for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making a direct impact on the shop floor.

You’ll partner closely with operations and maintenance to keep production running smoothly while driving meaningful improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety. If you like being in the middle of the action—troubleshooting, optimizing, and leading continuous improvement initiatives—this is a great opportunity to make a visible difference.

What you will experience in this position:
  • Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the daily production of high-quality ground rods
  • Partner with manufacturing and maintenance teams on key initiatives and act as a change agent to drive improvements
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve production equipment, machinery, and facility processes
  • Support maintenance with troubleshooting and repairing equipment, helping minimize downtime
  • Identify and implement cost reduction and efficiency improvements across the plant
  • Work cross‑functionally to resolve manufacturing challenges and production issues
  • Support day‑to‑day operations, including maintenance coordination, equipment troubleshooting, routing, and quality planning
  • Lead Lean initiatives across manufacturing cells
  • Drive creative problem‑solving for issues like ergonomics, safety, process bottlenecks, and product quality
You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Experience using engineering and business tools such as AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Excel (preferred)
