Manufacture Labor

In this role, you will operate equipment, assemble and test components, and ensure quality standards are met on every build. You will document production data, follow safety procedures, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support production of Guardiar's technology products
• Assemble, test, and package hardware components following detailed work instructions
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality, reporting defects or issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in line with safety and 5
• S standards
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output and accuracy targets
• Accurately record production data in digital systems or logs
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to resolve basic production issues
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
