• Deliver comprehensive Med Surg care across a broad spectrum of patient needs.
• Perform thorough patient assessment, develop accurate plans of care, and administer timely clinical interventions.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, manage wound care, and coordinate post-operative recovery.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and ancillary teams to ensure seamless, high-quality outcomes.
• Collect and document data, interpret labs, and adjust care plans in real time to meet evolving patient needs.
• Communicate compassionately with patients and families about treatments, discharge plans, and recovery expectations.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in adherence with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Engage in professional growth through expanded clinical competencies, procedural proficiency, and leadership development (e.g., charge nurse shifts or mentoring).
