Requirements- Lead and coordinate clinical staffing across departments to maintain safe, efficient patient care
- Oversee daily operations during your shift, making real-time decisions that impact patient outcomes
- Coach and mentor nursing staff, providing clear direction and calm leadership in a fast-paced environment
- Manage interventions and conflict resolution with staff, patients, families, and medical teams
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure care plans are understood and respected
- Maintain appropriate staffing levels and escalate concerns to leadership when needed
- Ensure compliance with required training and verification processes such as Nursys and suicide prevention training
- Current WA RN license or a multistate RN license (required)
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Completed 6-hour suicide prevention training (required)
- Nursys verification of demographics (required)
- Minimum of 4 years recent clinical nursing experience
- At least 1 year demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred
- Familiarity with Meditech is helpful but not required
