- Medical Surgical (Med Surg) - Shift: Night Shift
- Schedule: 3x12
- Experience
Required:
2 Years - Weekly Pay: $2030 to $2230
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
- Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
- Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and patient education
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
- Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting recovery and wellness
- Active RN License in Washington
- Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Current BLS Certification required
- ACLS Certification preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Experience caring for patients with a variety of acute medical and post-operative conditions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
