    - Medical Surgical (Med Surg)
  • Shift: Night Shift
  • Schedule: 3x12

  • Weekly Pay: $2030 to $2230
Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions
  • Perform patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and other prescribed treatments
  • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report significant changes to the healthcare team
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, transfers, and patient education
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge planning
  • Ensure compliance with infection prevention, patient safety, and quality care standards
  • Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting recovery and wellness
Requirements
  • Active RN License in Washington
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Medical Surgical nursing experience
  • Current BLS Certification required
  • ACLS Certification preferred
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Experience caring for patients with a variety of acute medical and post-operative conditions
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
  • Commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
