Position: Clinical Director- RN Home Health $5K Bonus

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for eligible full‑time candidates

The Clinical Director will oversee and direct the patient care operations of the home care facility. Responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects to support company objectives, ensuring patient eligibility and planning care services, supervising nursing and supportive staff, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, enhancing agency profitability, and acting as a liaison with management and other departments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and complete assigned projects to effectively support the company's immediate and long‑range objectives.
  • Oversee the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, plan services, and supervise overall home health care.
  • Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Enhance the profitability of the agency and motivate and retain qualified staff while assuring quality of services delivered.
  • Follow all CMS and state regulations regarding supervision of nursing services.
  • Designate a supervising RN if the Clinical Director does not hold an RN, Executive Director/Administrator, or Patient Care Manager license, unless state regulations dictate otherwise.

Required Qualifications
  • Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice or, for PT/OT/SLP, current applicable license in Washington.
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, or proven access to reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in a home health or related healthcare setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
Pay & Benefits

The salary for this role ranges from $78,624 to $117,936 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to salary, a comprehensive benefits package—including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contributions—is offered (subject to eligibility requirements).
