Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for eligible full‑time candidates.

• Coordinate and complete assigned projects to support the company’s short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Oversee eligibility of patients referred to home‑care services, plan services to be provided, and supervise the total home‑health care.
• Implement and maintain administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
• Enhance agency profitability while motivating, retaining qualified staff and assuring quality of services delivered.
• Follow all CMS and state regulations regarding supervision of nursing services.
• When the Clinical Director is not an RN, designate an Executive Director/Administrator or Patient Care Manager as the supervising RN for nursing services unless state regulations dictate otherwise.

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice or PT/OT/SLP, must have current applicable license in Washington.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.

• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of supervisory and/or management experience in a home‑health or related healthcare setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Pay ranges from $78,624 to $117,936 annually based on full‑time employment. In addition to base salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility).
