- Coordinate and oversee wound care services throughout the facility
- Assess, monitor, and treat residents with wounds and skin concerns
- Develop and update individualized wound care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support healing and recovery
- Educate staff on wound care best practices and skin management
- Monitor outcomes and support quality improvement initiatives
- Current Washington RN license (or NLC-eligible)
- Wound care experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Knowledge of wound care, skin management, and infection prevention practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
