Job Summary

Service Center Aberdeen. Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for an Auto Parts Coordinator. The coordinator will inspect, verify, and distribute parts to workstations and confirm arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. The coordinator will also follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

Compensation: $18‑20 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Inspect, verify, and distribute parts to designated workstations.
  • Confirm arrival and accuracy of parts with Body Technicians.
  • Follow Caliber and OEM standards and guidelines.
  • Utilize state‑of‑the‑art equipment as required.
Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of experience completing orders; vendor management experience preferred.
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Valid driver’s license and eligibility for coverage under company insurance policy.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
Abilities, Skills, Knowledge
  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity: reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand written instructions, estimates, and work orders.
  • Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
