Job Description- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
- Answer any questions customers have on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade levels of service, and process all general service requests.
- Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun and competitive environment by connecting products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adjust to a flexible work schedule to meet retail operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes, and the ability to move around the store constantly.

Base Pay: $17.20 per hour
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $24.89 per hour
Commissions may provide additional earnings for achieving sales targets.
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED.
Certifications (if applicable) Relevant Work Experience2–5 years in a retail sales or customer‑service role.
