We have an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join our store in Aberdeen, Guild Square.

Hourly rates will match or exceed the national minimum wage for your age.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the team by example and provide the most exceptional shopping experience on the high street from start to finish
  • Engaging with customers and staff members alike
  • Helping your team to exceed their goals and celebrate achievements
  • Striving for operational excellence
  • Assisting with management responsibilities and delegating tasks within the team
  • Adhering to company policies and guidelines

Qualifications
  • Enthusiastic, incredibly ambitious and ready for anything
  • Optimistic and energetic
  • Prepared to work hard
  • Act as a role model in store
  • Passionate about retail/customer service/footwear
  • Keen eye for detail and knowledge of trends
  • Previous supervisory experience in customer service and/ or retail experience would be preferable. Full training will be given for the role.
