Regional Sales Engineer

We are looking for an additional Regional Sales Engineer to generate new business opportunities for Quartzelec’s Marine and LV Contracting Profit Centre, while maintaining and developing the existing customer base. The role will focus on driving commercial growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Develop and maintain a strategic sales plan aligned with business objectives
• Manage sales activity efficiently across the assigned regional territory
• Take responsibility for allocated Key Accounts, ensuring effective relationship management
• Increase sales revenue across the existing customer portfolio
• Identify and develop opportunities in new sectors and markets

• Background in Marine and/or LV Maintenance
• Proven, demonstrable experience in a sales role
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Logical, analytical, and strategic approach to sales
