• Meet with clients to discuss their design needs and preferences
• Provide expert advice and guidance on design concepts, materials, and color schemes
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure design specifications are met Assist clients in selecting product and accessories that align with their design vision
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance the overall design project
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and industry developments

• Previous experience in a design or sales role preferred. Minimum 2 years in sales required with a proven track record of success.
• Knowledge of POS systems and ability to process sales transactions. Experience with Sales Force preferred.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
• Familiarity with remodeling and renovation processes is a plus
• Basic knowledge of window coverings is desirable
• Experience in outside sales is an advantage
• Comfortability on ladders is required
