Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 annually + Benefits

[Hybrid] Inside Sales & Contracts Specialist Description
Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for an Inside Sales & Contracts Specialist to add to their team in Aberdeen, WA. Acting as the primary point of contact for state, federal, and military customers, you'll own the contract process from quote through delivery. You will act as the critical link between customers, the sales team, and production, ensuring orders move efficiently from intake to invoice while contracts stay compliant and on track.

[Hybrid] Inside Sales & Contracts Specialist Responsibilities
• Serve as primary point of contact for state, federal, and military contract customers
• Own contract lifecycle management from RFQ/RFP through compliance, tracking, closeout
• Review contract requirements, assess risks, and implement processes to ensure compliance
• Process purchase orders into sales orders through invoices
• Maintain accurate ERP/CRM records
• Liaise between customers, sales, and production on lead times, shipping estimates, and capacity
• Set up distributor accounts; manage open orders, delivery, and payment reconciliation
• Support pipeline management, sales forecasting, and channel conflict resolution with sales team
• Field inbound inquiries; serve as front-of-house contact for walk-ins, visitors, and phone calls
• Facilitate customer satisfaction surveys and maintain a high standard of customer service
• Maintain working knowledge of product features, specifications, and certifications
• Partner with compliance teams on sales, export, and contract compliance including ITAR/EAR
• Pull and create reports; keep ERP systems updated with order and account information
• Attend trade shows as needed to represent the company and support business development

• 3+ years account coordination or sales operations experience required
• Contract management experience required
• CRM/ERP experience required
