Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Ag Processing Inc. (AGP) is looking for a motivated, dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Aberdeen.

• Monitor, repair, and maintain plumbing, pipe fitting, and gearboxes throughout the facility
• Perform welding, torch, and plasma cutting to complete repairs
• Complete daily paperwork, equipment inspections, and locate parts for departments as needed
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and complete repairs when appropriate
• Maintain plant sanitation standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a mechanically related field preferred
• Ability to read and understand computer printouts and equipment specifications
• Experience operating forklifts, bobcats, and end-loaders
• Skilled with hand tools, including drills, hammers, screwdrivers, and pliers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment physical and drug screen
