Our Family Behavioral Health team provides individualized, creative and flexible services to children, youth and families in homes and the community. We use evidence‑based strategies and aim to keep families safely together.

• Provide family‑oriented, strength‑based mental health services in homes and community settings.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including an on‑call rotation with other clinicians.
• Collaborate with families, community partners and partners to achieve long‑term safety and stability.
• Participate in daily and weekly supervision.

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Sciences or an equivalent accredited program.
• Knowledge of Wraparound with Intensive Services (WISe) preferred but not required.
• Passion for helping families stay together.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Skill in culturally competent, strength‑based practice.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Successful background clearance.

Starting salary range: $86,611.20 – $96,345.60. Additional pay includes first responder pay ($1,800 per year), performance bonuses up to $8,000, licensure pay ($250 per pay period, twice monthly), and bilingual stipend ($100‑200 per pay period depending on proficiency).
