Box Unloader

Are you ready to put your strength to work and get rewarded for it? We’re looking for motivated and hardworking freight unloaders to join our fast-paced, high-performing team! If you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and earning a high income for your efforts, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

You’ll be part of a small, tight-knit team responsible for unloading freight trailers. Working in pairs, you’ll unload boxes ranging from 50–150 lbs, place them on pallets, and move full pallets with a pallet jack. Each team typically unloads 3–4 trailers per day, with each trailer taking about 2–3 hours to complete. Once a trailer’s empty, you move on to the next and keep the momentum going!

• Pay is per trailer (PRODUCTION PAY) — Meaning, the more you unload, the more you earn.
• Average pay ranges from $90 to $350 per trailer.
• Most team members make $800–$1,200+ per week.
• Reliable workers hitting our daily goals have consistently earned $1,200+ weekly.

• Experience in a physically demanding job (construction, warehouse, loading, etc.).
• Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes are required for safety.
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
• Strong attendance and work ethic — we depend on our teams every day.

• Sunday–Tuesday (Every other Wednesday Mandatory until peak ends)
• Thursday–Saturday (Every other Wednesday Mandatory until peak ends)

Start time: 10:00AM — work until the job is done (Typically around 6-7pm).
