The Fife Arms is a 5‑star boutique hotel situated in Braemar, within the Cairngorms National Park and holds two MICHELIN Keys.

The Housekeeper – Staff Accommodation plays a key part in ensuring that staff housing is welcoming, well‑maintained and compliant with all relevant regulations. This new position supports the onboarding and off‑boarding of team members, ensures compliance with HMO standards and helps to create a safe, comfortable living environment for all residents.

• Deep cleaning of “departure” rooms within staff accommodation.
• Preparing “arrival” rooms for new residents.
• Weekly cleaning of the Staff Welfare area.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and can manage day‑to‑day responsibilities efficiently. The role requires strong initiative, excellent time management and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

This flexible position averages 16–20 hours per week and is based in Braemar with travel required to Crathie and Ballater. Working days will depend on operational needs and will be discussed with the successful candidate. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not available.
