We profes an opportunity for a passionate head waiter to join our Food & Beverage team at the iconic Fife Arms Hotel in Braemar. Working closely with our Restaurant Manager you’ll lead service in the Clunie Dining Room, where we serve Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner with creativity and flair.

• Support the Restaurant Manager in delivering exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards.
• Be fully conversant with operational systems and departmental requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement by suggesting ways to enhance our guest experience.
• Ensure every guest receives attentive, courteous and professional service in line with SOPs.
• Uphold all in‑house policies, procedures and legal requirements.
• Oversee daily maintenance checks and departmental checklists.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to meet cover and revenue targets, finding innovative ways to boost performance.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a high‑quality hospitality environment.
• A genuine passion for outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills and a desire to develop yourself and others.
