To support us in achieving our goals, we’re currently seeking a Housekeeper – Staff Accommodation to join our passionate, dedicated team.

The Housekeeper – Staff Accommodation plays a key part in ensuring our staff housing is welcoming, well‑maintained, and compliant with all relevant regulations. This new position supports the onboarding and off‑boarding of team members, ensuring compliance with HMO standards, and helping to create a safe, comfortable living environment for all residents.

• Deep cleaning of “departure” rooms within staff accommodation
• Preparing “arrival” rooms for new residents
• Weekly cleaning of the Staff Welfare area

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage day‑to‑day responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong initiative, excellent time‑management, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role.

This is a flexible position, averaging 16–20 hours per week, based in Braemar with travel required to Crathie and Ballater. Working days will depend on operational needs and will be discussed with the successful candidate. Please note that applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
