We’re currently seeking a passionate and knowledgeableindividual to join us as Whisky Bartender at Bertie’s Whisky Bar, one of Scotland’s most iconic whisky destinations.

Bertie’s is a luxurious homage to Scotland’s nationalspirit, home to over 400 whiskies curated by flavour profile. Our expertteam takes pride in guiding guests through this exceptional collection,creating memorable experiences rooted in craftsmanship, heritage, andstorytelling.

As a Whisky Bartender, you’ll be a key member of the team delivering a world-class experience to every guest. Working closely with theBar Manager, you’ll play an active role in maintaining and evolving our whiskyprogramme while sharing your passion with our guests.

• Support the Bar Manager with the day-to-day running of Bertie’s Whisky Bar
• Conducttastings and offer expert guidance on our whisky collection
• Collaborate with whisky advisors, distilleries, and suppliers to curate a diverse and engaging whisky menu
• Drive sales through informed and enthusiastic recommendations
• Maintain the highest standards of service in line with our 5-star environment

• Previous experience as a bartender, ideally in a luxury or 5-star hospitalitysetting
• Strong knowledge (or curiosity) around whisky styles, regions, and production
• Naturalcommunicator with a passion for guest service
• Teamplayer with initiative, emotional intelligence, and a drive to learn
