£30,000 per annum.

What's involved?

As Duty Manager, your role will be highly hands-on, overseeing the efficient day-to-day running of hotel operations-with a strong emphasis on coordinating the food & beverage departments and events. You will take responsibility for floor coverage, monitor staffing levels against business demand, ensure function rooms are set meticulously to function sheets, and maintain the highest standards of guest safety and service excellence throughout the property.

Sound like the role for you?

For this, we hope you have:

A minimum of 2 years' supervisory or operational management experience within a high-quality hospitality or food & beverage environment.
A proven track record of proactively managing daily shift operations, maintaining departmental standards, and coordinating cross-departmental communication.
Strong leadership qualities-being reliable, adaptable, approachable, and aspirational in your approach to team development.
Experience, knowledge, and a genuine passion for the 4-star hospitality industry.
