We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Beef & Lamb Slaughterman to join a well-established and thriving company in North East Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking for stable, ongoing work with a reputable and prospering business.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Beef & Lamb Slaughterman
Strong knife skills and knowledge of slaughtering processes
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high welfare and hygiene standards
Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality
Ability to work as part of a team
