Full-time with on-call responsibilities as required About the Role We are recruiting for a Registered Childrens Home Manager to lead a 4-bed residential home supporting young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day running of the home, leading staff teams, and ensuring high standards of care in line with CIW regulations.

You will work closely with young people, families, and professionals to provide a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment while maintaining compliance, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for all residents.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a childrens residential home Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance Supervise, support, and develop staff teams Maintain care plans, risk assessments, and service standards Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies Participate in on-call duties and flexible working patterns as required Attend reviews and care-planning meetings Promote positive outcomes for children and young people Requirements Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services (or working towards) or Social Work Degree Minimum 2 years experience supervising and managing staff
