Speedy Hire, the UK’s leading hire provider, is recruiting a Rail Engineer based in Newport/depot to support our rail tools and equipment supply. You’ll ensure service schedules are up to date and repair faulty rail equipment to keep assets available for hire.
The role demands strong mechanical skills, hands-on tool use, and flexibility to work a shift roster including weekends. You’ll work with colleagues and customers, contributing to ESG initiatives and continuous learning.
