Teacher's Aide

As a Teacher's Aide, you will provide support and assistance to the classroom teachers, enabling them to create a positive and engaging learning environment for students. This position will also lead various art lessons and art projects for all age levels. • Assist the classroom teacher in delivering educational material to students.
• Provide art lessons and projects.
• Supervise and support students during classroom activities and outings.
• Prepare materials and resources for lessons, including photocopying and organization.
• Monitor and maintain classroom cleanliness and organization.
• Collaborate with the teacher to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.
• Assist in implementing behavior management strategies and maintaining discipline.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and situations in the classroom.
