• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans to enhance mobility and quality of life.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations.
• Provide support and encouragement to motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• troubleshoot malfunctions and call for repairs.
• Comply with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating future legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, advising management on the needed actions.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Kansas.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in home health care settings is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach.
• Knowledge of current physical therapy practices and techniques.
• Willingness to travel to patients' homes as needed.
