This full‑time role supports the accounting functions of an agency serving families and children throughout North Texas. The average hourly rate is $20.19, including incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the office to be considered for a hybrid schedule.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external client agencies.
• Enter accurate and complete data into the agency's automated system.
• Keep complete and accurate records of vendor invoices and payments.
• Prepare and review monthly financial worksheets for community care providers.
• Ensure agency payments and invoices are submitted accurately and fully.
• Provide confidential reimbursement information to care providers.
• Assist in promptly resolving financial disputes with community providers.
• Support the accounting team with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Respond promptly to reports requested by regulatory agencies.
• Assure all financial activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.

• At least one year of general accounting experience or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Compliance with agency underwriting standards.
• Completed Predictive Index assessment (5‑7 minutes). The assessment text: “Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.”
