Position Description
Network Runners, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Personnel Assistant I to provide front desk administrative support and processing services at Dyess AFB. This position plays a key role in welcoming and assisting military personnel, dependents, and civilian staff, while maintaining accuracy in data entry and ensuring privacy compliance. The Person nel Assistant I will operate within the DEERS/RAPIDS environment and is expected to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced personnel support setting.
A clear security clearance requirement: an active Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
- Provide front desk reception support, including greeting visitors and managing check‑in procedures.
- Perform processing and issuance using the DEERS/RAPIDS system.
- Conduct basic data entry, updates, and verification in support of personnel record‑keeping.
- Ensure adherence to Privacy Act policies and procedures while handling personal information.
- Communicate effectively with service members, dependents, and internal personnel.
- Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Entry‑level role: prior experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
- Must demonstrate strong customer service, data entry, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.
- Must be experienced in the DEERS/RAPIDS system.
- Privacy Act training.
