Join INTECON, LLC as a Senior Squadron Scheduling Coordinator!

We are looking for a dedicated professional to support Air Mobility Command (AMC) flying squadrons. In this role, you will be crucial in building and managing flight schedules, tracking training and availability, coordinating with leadership, and producing essential scheduling reports.

Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Coordinating with squadron leaders to develop schedules that support operations, qualifications, exercises, and training, ensuring compliance with prioritization.
  • Creating both long- and short-term shift schedules for aircrews, instructors, and support personnel.
  • Engaging with leadership regularly and collaborating with simulator contractors for event scheduling.
  • Monitoring crew member leave, appointments, and other obligations to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Resolving scheduling conflicts to guarantee availability for assigned mission tasks.
  • Tracking daily training requirements to facilitate accurate flight scheduling.
  • Assessing crew experience in scheduling to manage Operational Risk effectively.
  • Ensuring compliance with Stan/Eval guidance and relevant manuals during scheduling processes.
  • Managing last-minute schedule adjustments in coordination with mission leaders to maintain full operational coverage.
  • Publishing schedules and updates on computer databases for ground and flight training events.
  • Maintaining compliance with Ops Group and Wing Current Operations guidance.
  • Providing regular updates to account for training completion rates and changes in conditions.
  • Coordinating with various agencies and exercise participants for special training events.
  • Contributing to Wing Scheduling meetings for effective scheduling and resolution.
  • Generating Flight Authorizations through the Stan/Eval Go-No/Go process.
  • Updating Load Tracker for the next week's schedule based on squadron needs.
  • Producing weekly Flying Hour Effectiveness and Program Reports in line with local policies.
  • Providing weekly DISS requirement lists to the squadron security manager for training missions.
  • Collaborating with Aerial Delivery and other scheduling teams to assign appropriate training loads.
Clearance Requirements:
  • Must have Tier 3 Security Investigation with SECRET eligibility; active SECRET clearance is preferred.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in aircrew scheduling or aviation operations is needed.
  • Experience with scheduling databases and related reports is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment is crucial.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills with squadron leadership are necessary.
  • Experience with MAF execution is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in aviation operations, management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in aircrew scheduling and flying operations.
  • Direct support experience with squadrons, as a civilian or during military service, is highly valued.
