Administrative Assistant – OES Equipment
Location:
Abilene, TX (in‑person, onsite)
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Reconcile PO receivers via Coupa.
- Process invoices via Coupa and ensure timely payments to maintain accurate records and reporting.
- Create and maintain vendor and employee master files.
- Review and reconcile customer statements and accounts.
- Receive, place, and fill customer orders and purchase orders.
- Maintain internal and external relationships with vendors and employees, solving issues and discrepancies.
- Perform data entry and other miscellaneous office management tasks, including ordering office supplies, filing, scanning, etc.
Skills and Abilities
- Excellent listening and communication skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a multitasking environment.
• 1+ years of administrative experience is required.
• Construction supply and equipment industry knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with Coupa is preferred.
• Must be able to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds if needed.
