• Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously.
• Manage appointment scheduling, calendar management, and follow-up communications using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
• Handle data entry, filing, and record keeping with precision to maintain accurate patient and client files.
• Assist with office management duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative tasks.

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management.
• Exceptional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and professional communication abilities.
