About the RoleAxon Education, LLC is seeking a highly reliable and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the President in a fast‑paced, in‑person role. This is a position for someone who takes discretion seriously — you'll be entrusted with confidential information, sensitive conversations, and the day‑to‑day rhythm of the President's office, and we need someone who treats that trust as a core part of the job, not an afterthought.
The ideal candidate is an emotionally intelligent, creative problem‑solver who stays calm, patient, and empathetic under pressure, including in emotionally charged conversations with employees, students, or families. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, both on the phone and in writing — able to document processes clearly enough that someone else could follow them, and able to explain what you've done and what you plan to do in a professional business context.
Our environment evolves quickly, so flexibility and the ability to multitask across shifting priorities are essential. You'll be expected to learn and manage multiple online systems (CRM, support ticketing, , payment portals, email, Microsoft 365) and juggle competing deadlines without losing sight of the details. Prior experience as an executive assistant is valuable, and bookkeeping, accounts payable, or accounts receivable experience is a strong plus — but above all, we're looking for someone with exceptional judgment, loyalty, and emotional intelligence.
Letters of reference are strongly preferred.
This is an in‑person position based in Abilene, TX.
