Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Boardis looking for an organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Office Manager to help keep our organization running smoothly.
This isa great opportunity for someone who enjoyskeeping things organized, solving problems, supporting employees, and making sure the details get done.
Office & Facilities- Coordinate office operations, facilities, vendors, supplies, equipment, and building access.
- Keep the workplace organized, functional, and professional.
- Coordinate maintenance, service requests, office logistics, and administrative needs
- Coordinate purchasing requests, purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Track recurring expenses, subscriptions, and administrative purchases.
- Work with staff, vendors, and fiscal personnel to resolve issues and keep processes moving.
- Coordinate recruitment, applicant tracking, interviews, hiring documentation, and background processes.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Track training, certifications, evaluations, and other personnel requirements.
- Maintain confidential personnel records and administrative resources.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Detail-oriented and committed to accuracy.
- Professional and approachablewhen working with employees, leadership, applicants, and vendors.
- A problem-solverwho canidentifywhat needs to be done and take appropriate action.
- Comfortable working independently while knowing when to ask questions or escalate the issue.
- Trustworthy and discreetwhen handling confidential information.
- Comfortable learning and using Microsoft 365 and other organizational systems.
A combination of education, training, and professional experience thatdemonstratesthe ability to successfully perform the position is required.
Experience in office administration, human resources,purchasing, accounts payable, facilities coordination, or a related administrative function is preferred.

The Region XIV Education Service Centerserves as the employer of record for Workforce Solutions of West Central Texas Board staff. Employeesparticipatein the Teacher Retirement System (TRS) and receive a competitive benefits package.
This is a full-time, regular position with an annual salary of $54,000–$62,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
