The Abilene Philharmonic Orchestra is seeking string players for the season with a view toward the season. Open sections include Violin, Cello, Bass, and Substitute Strings.
Auditions are scheduled for Friday, October 23, 2026, from 1:00–5:00 pm, with the Final date to receive applications on October 16, 2026, at the Abilene Convention Center in Abilene, TX. Pay scales per service are posted:
Concertmaster $192.00 and Section/Substitute Players $92 per service.
