Automotive Detailer

Arrow Ford is seeking experienced detailers to join our team. Our detail department is a vital part of the dealership. Our detailers prepare vehicles for online advertising as well as for customers upon delivery. We strive to provide a high-quality product for our customers and our detailers must ensure a level of excellence for every vehicle that passes through their department.

• Wash, wax, and buff the vehicle
• Clean interior and exterior windows
• Vacuum and scrub interior of vehicle
• Clean engine and engine compartment
• Apply dressing on tires and tire wells
• Utilize special purpose cleaners to ensure lasting cleanliness of vehicles
• Apply warrantied protective products to vehicle interiors and exteriors as requested
• Operate all tools in a safe manner
• Report any safety issues immediately to management

• Previous detailing experience is strongly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check

Pay is starting at $15.00 per hour DOE.

• I-CAN Kids – Arrow Ford provides free childcare for its employees through the I-CAN Kids program. I-CAN Kids is an on-site child recreation program for school aged children. After school care is offered throughout the school year as well as fulltime childcare on Saturdays, holidays, bad weather days, and during the summer holiday.   Our in-house Technical Trainer works with our technicians in conjunction with extensive training offered by Ford Motor Company to help our technicians learn new skills and accomplish their career goals.
