• Perform vehicle repair and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to dealership and factory standards
• Communicate with the Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to manage production and customer communication
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs when authorized by the customer
• Conduct multi‑point inspections to make recommendations ensuring vehicle safety and reliability
• Document all work performed on each vehicle on the repair order
• Maintain inventory of special tools not inventoried by the Service department
• Stay current on factory technical bulletins and participate in factory‑sponsored training classes as appropriate
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
• Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs)
• Organization and follow‑up skills
• Valid in‑state driver’s license with a safe driving record
