If you are a detail-focused professional who takes pride in digging into complex commercial blueprints and building competitive, profitable bids from the structural studs to the finish, we want to talk to you.

• The Takeoffs: Perform precise digital material takeoffs focusing heavily on light-gauge metal stud framing, structural framing, exterior skin systems, thermal insulation, and gypsum board assemblies.
• The Bids: Develop comprehensive, accurate cost estimates and detailed proposals for diverse commercial projects (healthcare, retail, education, corporate).
• The Specs: Conduct thorough reviews of architectural and structural drawings, project specifications, and addenda to ensure no detail is missed.
• The Hand-off: Partner closely with operations and field teams during pre-construction to ensure a seamless transition from a won bid to field production.

• Trade Expertise: Proven experience estimating commercial interior/exterior scopes, with a strong, deep understanding of metal stud framing and drywall assemblies.
• Plan Fluency: The ability to seamlessly navigate complex structural and architectural plan sets.
• Organization: A self-motivated professional who can manage multiple bidding deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with modern digital takeoff and estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, On-Center, or trade-specific platforms).
