We’re hiring a full-time Permanency Case Manager to work with our community’s most vulnerable children and families.

• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 13‑week comprehensive training program, including field experience, in‑office learning, and classroom training with a mentor.
• Predictive Index assessment (5‑7 minutes) to determine fit.

• Support families in foster care, aiming to achieve permanency for children under DFPS’s Managing Conservatorship.
• Collaborate with biological parents to help them access services and reunify with their children.
• When reunification is not possible, work to find a safe, permanent family‑like setting for the children.
• Conduct home visits, attend court hearings, and work with community stakeholders, CASA, and other partners.
• Build lasting partnerships with families.

• Empathetic, eager to learn, and passionate about helping families succeed during crises.
• Strong advocacy skills to support parents, caregivers, and children in foster care toward permanency.

• Flexible scheduling.
