You’ll collaborate with a team of forward-thinkers—project managers, engineers, technologists, and strategists—who combine their expertise with cutting‑edge digital innovation and AI. We are driven by the desire to exceed standards and explore how capital projects can be planned, managed, and executed more efficiently.

• Preparing detailed scopes, RFPs, budgets, and managing payment applications.
• Administering construction contracts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Overseeing scheduling, sequencing, permitting, and project closeout in collaboration with relevant officials.
• Managing subcontractor relationships and upholding health and safety standards onsite.
• Reviewing project progress to ensure quality and compliance with plans and specifications.
• Leading and documenting meetings with owners, architects, and construction managers.
• Reporting comprehensively to senior leadership on cost, schedule, risk, and quality metrics.
• Working directly onsite with clients to facilitate delivery and strengthen relationships.
• Emphasizing collaboration and community engagement while accommodating your work/life balance needs.

The annual compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000. Compensation varies based on factors including specific office location, role, skillset, and experience level.

• At least 10 years of experience in Construction Project Management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or a related field.
• Experience in hyper‑scale data centers.
• Deep understanding of construction processes and management techniques.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• A collaborative team player with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Detail‑oriented and exceptionally organized.
