Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any challenges that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and deliverables.
- Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience in managing construction projects, especially in healthcare or medical facilities.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage on-site teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignments.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Truck or truck allowance provided.
- Per diem benefits for travel-related expenses.
