Trillium is now hiring a PEMB Superintendent in Abilene, TX!

We are seeking an experienced PEMB Superintendent to lead Pre-Engineered Metal Building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing field operations, crews, schedules, and safety while ensuring projects are completed on time and to quality standards. This role requires full-time travel and long hours.

Pay is up to $40/hour DOE and $130/day in per diem for days worked.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage PEMB projects from mobilization through completion
Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite activities
Read and interpret physical blueprints and construction documents
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate materials, equipment, and schedules
Maintain productivity, quality control, and jobsite organization
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and field personnel
Complete daily reports and documentation as required

Requirements:

Verifiable experience leading PEMB projects start to finish
Strong knowledge of all aspects of PEMB construction
Ability to read and interpret physical blueprints
OSHA 30 certification (required)
Proven leadership and jobsite management skills
Willingness and ability to travel 100%
Ability to work 60+ hours per week
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
Must have experience with Pre Enginneered Metal Buildings
