Aoka is seeking a licensed Architect to act as the independent monthly construction inspector for a HUD-insured multifamily project in Abilene, TX. You will serve as the owner's and lender's objective representative, observing, documenting, and reporting construction progress without directing methods or enforcing code.
Part-Time (W-2) or Independent Contractor (1099) arrangements are available. Compensation includes $60 per hour for the W-2 option and a negotiable flat rate for 1099
