Field Safety Coordinator

Insight Global is seeking a Safety Coordinator for a top construction client. This individual will support day-to-day safety operations on active construction projects by conducting inspections, assisting with training efforts, maintaining compliance documentation, and helping identify and mitigate workplace hazards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about creating a safe working environment for all personnel.

• Observations & corrections of safety conditions
• Field safety audits
• Coaching craft teams on best practices

• 5 year of full-time construction experience, one of those years being safety focused
• OSHA 30 (minimum)
• Must be able to submit documentation of qualifications before being placed in the field

• Data Center or Semiconductor
• Project Experience Mechanical Contractor Background

$40/hr to $51/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
