Clark Construction Group is hiring Data Center Construction Professionals for full-time positions for a large-scale, multi-year data center build for a recognized global leader. As demand for mission-critical infrastructure accelerates, Clark Construction is expanding its team to deliver state-of-the‑art data center facilities. We are seeking talented, safety-minded construction professionals across all career levels - from entry-level engineers to senior project leaders to execute this landmark multi-year project.

We are actively recruiting across multiple disciplines and seniority levels, including:

• Senior Project Managers – Oversee total project performance, owner relations, budgets, and executive execution.
• Superintendents – Lead field operations, trade coordination, site safety, and schedule adherence.
• Systems / MEP Managers – Direct complex mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and critical power/cooling systems integration.

• Project Engineers – Manage RFIs, submittals, material tracking, and trade contractor coordination.
• Field Engineers – Support site layout, quality inspections, daily field logs, and subcontractor management.
• Engineers – Provide technical expertise and engineering support across civil, structural, and building systems.

• Cost Engineers – Manage project forecasting, budget tracking, change orders, and financial reporting.
• Schedulers – Develop, update, and maintain CPM master schedules and short-interval plans.
• Quality Managers / Specialists – Enforce QA/QC protocols, field inspections, and commissioning readiness.
• Safety Managers / Specialists – Drive Clark's zero-incident safety culture and jobsite compliance.

• Experience: Background in hyperscale, mission-critical data center construction (experience levels range from entry-level to 10+ years depending on the role).
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with heavy MEP systems, redundancy planning, commissioning, BIM/VDC, or mission-critical delivery methodologies is a strong plus.
• Execution: Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with client teams, design partners, subcontractors, and field craft.
