As a Senior Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing large-scale commissioning efforts, ensuring project success through effective management of multi-disciplinary teams, and optimizing plant performance.

• Coordinate and manage construction work performed by contractors and vendors at the project site.
• Assess productivity, schedule compliance, work quality, and safety performance on projects.
• Manage scope control, budget oversight, performance reporting, and schedules.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Construction Supervisors and workforce.
• Act as a bridge between field operations and customer leadership.
• Address logistical challenges and ensure construction activities stay on track.

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Power Generation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 11 - 15 years of experience in power plant commissioning, working with EPC Contractors, engineering firms, and equipment suppliers.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles related to power plant commissioning.
• Proficiency in managing large-scale commissioning efforts and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Valid non-restricted driver's license with a clean driving record for the past five years.

• Experience in substation/industrial construction.
• Strong understanding of drawings and safety/environmental requirements.
• Proficiency in computer skills and effective communication/leadership.
