Position VisionFirst Bank Texas Tellers process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial interactions while providing excellent service that results in extreme customer loyalty. Our Tellers use professional interaction, accurate processing, and creative problem‑solving skills to ensure our customers only need one bank – First Bank Texas.
Position SummaryOur Tellers have a passion for building relationships, filling customer needs and delivering excellent customer service. The person in this position is the face of First Bank Texas and uses their creativity, curiosity, and relationship skills to exceed customer expectations. You will provide great service and accurate processing, while adhering to established Bank policies, procedures, and objectives. Performs any function, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.

- Provide professional, prompt, and courteous customer service
- Accurate and efficient processing of various teller transactions
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities through needs‑based conversations

- One year cash handling with customer service experience
- Comfortable on camera while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Experience and enthusiasm for serving customers
- Excellent interpersonal skills – verbal and listening proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
