Lawrence Hall Abilene is currently seeking a highly motivated Experienced Service Advisor with experience in customer service. Lawrence Hall is a high traffic dealership and maintains a consistent customer base. Lawrence Hall proudly serves the Abilene, Texas community and its surrounding areas. • Oversee service orders and ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
• Provide customer support, whether by phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Maintain good working relationship with other employees.
