Medical Call Center Representative

Are you someone who enjoys talking on the phone and providing exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Medical Call Center Representative to join our team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position where you'll assist patients, answer questions, schedule appointments, and provide support over the phone.

• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and healthcare clients
• Schedule appointments and update patient information
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Document call details accurately in company systems
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient experiences

• Previous call center experience OR medical office/healthcare experience required
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable spending the majority of the workday on the phone
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented

• Must be willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be willing and able to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
